    Hi, my 4 and 2 year old daughters LOVE this video. I was doing my own
    workout when my eldest asked to do some, and I didn’t want to set her up
    with mine as I was using a kettlebell. Most of the kids workouts are
    cartoony and lame, We love this video, they do the games on their own
    frequently and they request the video at least once a week. Please consider
    making more kids workouts!

    Should an 11 yr old do this or one of the adult exercises? Keep making
    videos like this and make other videos that make muscles sore the next day.

    Omg the kids are precious. Please please do more kid workouts. I do my
    workouts with you everyday and they love watching you. Now they really love
    it even more seeing that you workout with them. They enjoyed it so much.
